🧼 Are the bottles usable or just for display?

All bottles are intended for decorative purposes only. While sealed bottles may contain alcohol (if provided by the customer), custom bottles are not intended for drinking once decorated.

🍾 Can I order a sealed bottle from you?

No. Due to alcohol laws in Florida, sealed bottles must be provided by the customer. You may, however, order a custom decoration for an empty bottle from my shop or provide a sealed one that you’ve purchased yourself.

🎨 Do you offer fully custom designs?

Yes! Use the Custom Bottle Order Form to share your ideas. I’ll reach out within 24–48 hours with design confirmation and pricing. You can choose bottle size, theme, rhinestones, glitter, photos, and more.

🕒 How long do custom orders take?

Custom bottle orders typically take 10–14 business days to complete after payment and materials are received. Time varies with the size, customizations, and quantity of the order. Please order your custom bottle(s) a minimum of 3 weeks ahead of your estimated completion date.

💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made securely through my website via credit/debit card or Apple Pay. For custom orders, you’ll receive an invoice with payment instructions.

🚫 Can I return or exchange a custom or pre made bottle?

Because each item is made to order or pre made, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.

🖼 Can I send you a photo or theme for inspiration?

Absolutely! I love working with inspiration. You can upload images, themes, or style ideas directly through the custom order form, or DM them to me on Instagram @tipsypeachcustoms after placing your request.

💎 What’s the difference between pre made and custom bottles?

Pre made bottles are created with my personal designs and are available to purchase as-is.

Custom bottles are made just for you and require time to design and create.

📸 Can I request product photos of my custom order before the completion date?

Yes — there is a Photo Add-On option available during checkout. You’ll receive high-quality photos for your own use or social sharing.

👩‍💻 Can I order through Instagram or do I have to use the website?

You can reach out via Instagram DM for questions, but all official orders must go through the website to ensure accurate details, organization and secure payment.

🧾 Do you charge sales tax?

Yes — sales tax is automatically calculated based on Florida state and local rates (7.5%), in compliance with state law.

✈️ Do you ship pre made or custom bottles?

I do not currently offer shipping options, all orders will require local pickup or drop off. Shipping options are in the making!
